Job overview and responsibilities: We are seeking a high-impact Project Manager to join our Digital Technology and Passenger Service System (PSS) PMO. This role is a strategic driver for our application modernization journey, transitioning legacy systems into scalable, resilient, and event-driven cloud-native applications. You will oversee high-stakes projects that leverage modern architectural patterns to ensure high availability for our critical passenger services. You will set-up the processes, teams and communication structures for this program. • Program governance: Develop a detailed program governance plan to set-up the best practices, streamline existing processes, implement AI-DLC in application development and monitor, track and report program progress at regular intervals. • Planning & Monitoring: Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, specifically analyzing the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Collaborate with US based PMO team on planning and prioritizing the projects. • Cross-Domain Scope & Dependency Management: Systematically map and manage complex technical and functional interdependencies across various business domains; coordinate integrated timelines and release schedules across shared services and platform teams to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure synchronized delivery. • Release Governance: Manage the complexities of frequent production releases or migration in a highly available environment, ensuring zero-downtime deployments and robust rollback strategies. • Risk & RAID Management: Proactively identify technical debt and risks related to data consistency in event-driven systems; maintain rigorous RAID logs to protect project timelines. • Strategic Reporting: Provide senior leadership with data-driven insights into project health, focusing on DORA metrics (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time for Changes, MTTR, and Change Failure Rate). • Scope & Budget Management: Assist in defining project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders; manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Information Systems
- 12+ years of overall experience
- 8+ years direct work experience in a program/project management capacity
