Project Manager (Digital Transformation)

Job Purpose Oxford International is delivering a major digital transformation programme across its flagship platforms, including EFL (English as a Foreign Language) and OICC (Oxford International Career Colleges). We are looking for a Project Manager with 5+ years experience to plan, coordinate, and deliver the digital transformation project on time and to a high standard. The role will work closely with the Digital Product Manager, UX, development, marketing teams, and external suppliers to turn project and product strategy into clear plans, timelines, and outcomes. Main duties and responsibilities • Plan and manage digital transformation projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, and quality. • Work closely with the Digital Product Manager to translate strategy into actionable project plans and delivery milestones. • Manage, and maintain Monday.com as the main project management tool, including boards, workflows, and tracking. • Support agile delivery, including sprint planning, coordination of work across teams, and tracking progress. • Coordinate internal teams (UX, development, marketing) and external suppliers to ensure aligned delivery. • Monitor project time, resources, and capacity, ensuring teams are working within the agreed project framework. • Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely way. • Prepare clear project board updates and reports, providing visibility on progress, risks, and next steps. • Support workshops, planning sessions, and reviews to keep teams aligned and informed. • Ensure project documentation and reporting are clear, accurate, and up to date.
