Role Overview We are seeking a Delivery-Driven ERP Project Manager to lead and ensure the successful implementation of ERP solutions across multiple client engagements. The role requires strong expertise in business requirement analysis, ERP implementation life-cycle, sprint planning, and delivery governance to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Requirement Structuring & BRD Governance • Lead detailed requirement discovery workshops with clients. • Convert BRD into structured functional specifications. • Break requirements into clear development tasks and sprint deliverables. 2. Delivery Planning & Timeline Enforcement • Create project roadmaps, sprint plans, and milestone schedules. • Ensure development teams adhere to weekly delivery targets. 3. Developer Coordination & Productivity Monitoring • Assign tasks to developers based on module expertise. • Monitor development progress and ensure coding tasks match functional scope. 4. Client Communication & Expectation Management • Act as primary project interface with clients. 5. Testing & Quality Assurance • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 6. Deployment & Go-Live Management • Plan production deployments, data migration, and go-live support.
