The role requires strong expertise in maintenance contracts, customer relations, and quality management, with the ability to drive operational excellence, ensure contractual compliance, and maintain customer satisfaction. Role Overview As Project Manager – Innovation Training Program, you will play a key role in setting up a new, global innovation focused learning and upskilling initiative from the ground up. Working in close collaboration with the HR Talent & Culture team, as well as business and functional stakeholders, you will help design, structure, and implement a modular, role-based learning ecosystem. The role focuses on building foundations, defining processes, and establishing scalable structures that can evolve over time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating new programs, working across teams, and translating strategy into practical implementation. Responsibilities • Support the setup and implementation of a new global innovation-focused training and upskilling program • Collaborate closely with other central; Group functions to align on learning strategy, governance, and integration with people and talent processes • Work with Business Area leads and subject matter experts to define role-specific learning journeys and capability frameworks • Coordinate the development of modular learning content concepts in collaboration with internal and external partners • Establish project plans, timelines, milestones, and ways of working for a program that is being built from scratch • Identify risks, dependencies, and resource needs during the setup phase and support mitigation planning • Support the definition of success metrics, participation tracking, and reporting structures • Contribute to internal communication and awareness activities in collaboration with Communications and HR • Help embed a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, HR, or a related discipline • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably involving program setup, learning initiatives, innovation, or transformation projects • Familiarity with digital learning platforms, learning frameworks, or certification concepts is required • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments where structures and processes are still being defined • Strong organizational and coordination skills with a structured and pragmatic working style • Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage • High level of curiosity, ownership mindset, and interest in innovation and people development What You’ll Gain • Opportunity to build a new global learning initiative from scratch • Hands-on exposure to innovation and technology topics • Close collaboration with People & Culture team, Innovation leaders, and business stakeholders • High visibility role with the chance to shape long-term capability development at Körber Your working environment at Körber Körber Business Area Pharma is the leading provider of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) software to the pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing industry.
