Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and organized Project Manager to handle end-to-end execution of machine manufacturing projects. The role involves coordinating with multiple internal teams, managing schedules, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery as per customer requirements. Freshers with strong interest in Project Management are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and manage project schedules and timelines • Track and manage BOM (Bill of Materials) throughout the project lifecycle • Coordinate with cross-functional teams: • Design Team • Electrical Team • Controls/Automation Team • Monitor project progress and ensure on-time execution • Conduct regular project reviews and internal meetings • Interact with customers for: • Requirement understanding • Scope finalization • Project updates and discussions • Identify risks, delays, and take corrective actions • Maintain project documentation and reports • Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications: • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Automation) or MBA • Understanding of project scheduling and planning concepts • Knowledge of machine manufacturing processes • Strong coordination and communication skills • Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously • Problem-solving and decision-making mindset • Good knowledge of MS Excel / basic project tracking tools Preferred Skills: • Exposure to industrial automation / machine building projects • Knowledge of BOM management and ERP systems • Basic understanding of Gantt charts / project tracking tools Key Competencies: • Project Planning & Execution • Team Coordination • Time Management • Communication Skills • Attention to Detail
