Job Description • Take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery • Project Management for MEP activities • To ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective Project management service • Must have worked on Refurbishment projects for office fitouts projects • Ensures timely and accurate reporting and quality deliverables are issued to clients • Track all MEPF activities at project and report to client for on time delivery • Coordination with contractors and vendors for quality and on time management • Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages • Leading MEP vertical for Refurbishment Projects. • MEPF project Managements Qualifications • B.E. / BTech (Mechanical / Electrical) • NICMAR / equivalent would be an added advantage • 10 – 15 years’ experience • Good verbal and written English communication skills Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
