Salary:1.30lakh /Month(Best industry for the right candidate) • Lead end-to-end execution of new product development projects from PO receipt to production handover. • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Design, QA, SCM, PPC, Production) to ensure timely project milestones. • Conduct PO contract review with Internal CFT and Customer. • Develop project tracker, risk registers, and mitigation plans. • Drive customer communication for technical queries, status updates, and approvals. • Prepare and review Raw material, special process, Assembly requirements and follow down with the team. • Monitor development, trials, PPAP/FAI submissions, and customer validations. • Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100, AS13100, Nadcap, customer-specific requirements). • Conduct internal project review meetings and maintain progress dashboards; escalate risks proactively. • Support smooth transition from development to production with clear handover and lessons learned from the development.
