Role: Project Manager – School Transformation (International Standards) Location: Ahmedpur, Latur (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Project Manager to spearhead the transformation of our institution into a world-class center of excellence. You will be the architect of change, bridging the gap between current operations and international educational standards. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project roadmaps for academic and infrastructural growth. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between management, faculty, and external consultants to ensure organizational alignment. Operational Excellence: Oversee the implementation of international curricula, modern pedagogical tools, and smart-campus infrastructure. Quality Assurance: Establish and monitor rigorous KPIs to ensure all projects meet global educational benchmarks and regulatory compliance. Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed documentation and provide data-driven progress reports to the Board of Directors. Candidate Profile: Proven Track Record: Experience in Project Management (direct experience in the education sector or school scaling is highly preferred). Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex timelines. Visionary Mindset: A deep understanding of what constitutes 'International Standards' in modern education. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and coordination.
