Our mission is to make Delivery Excellence part of every PM's DNA • We drive projects for clients across APAC, EMEA and Americas for multiple Lines of Business, namely Lending, Treasury & Risk and Trade & Asset Services • We drive projects which are “New Product Implementations” or “Product Upgrades” varying in duration from a few months to more than a year About the role~. • Project Manager Senior Lead • Manage your projects as a PM • Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements within the PMO organization • Champion AI adoption to drive productivity and manage projects/programs more efficiently • Participate in training and enablement of PMs (Back-to-Basics, etc.) • Strong commercial mindset to manage projects within budget • Solid senior client stakeholder management experience What You Will Be Doing Delivery The Project Manager – Senior Lead will be the go-to person for PMs so s/he needs to be able to guide PMs through tricky situations. To be successful in this role, ‘competent’ mastery of all 5 pillars of the PM Competency areas will be required – delivery, commercial/financial management, governance/stakeholder management, leadership/team management, scope management. Coaching / Leadership The role will be responsible for guiding PMs, and partnering with the Pod Leads to drive higher productivity among the PMs and ensure that project are delivered within budget, governed strongly and enabled effectively with AI Portfolio Management The Project Manager – Senior Lead will be responsible for the delivery quality for all projects managed by him/ her. They will need to have ‘competent’ master program management techniques. What You Bring Knowledge / Experience • Min 15-20 years of technology industry experience and between 8-10 years of Project Management • We generally look for Project Managers with PMP Certification and with specialized knowledge • Strong understanding of creating and managing MS Project Plans • Managing SOW’s/Change Requests for Upgrades/New Interfaces & Enhancements • Good experience in managing project budgets, digital forecasts, resource allocations in PlanView • Coordinate activities among team members, internal departments (technical and nontechnical), and client • Forecasting revenue, managing timesheets, client invoices, and budgets • Defining and managing Project plans, Project Risks & issues • Allocation and monitoring work of project team, providing direction and support • Creation of Project status reports and participate in client status calls • Managing client deliveries, providing post-delivery support • Coaching PMs on Project Management challenges • Structured Portfolio Management experience for a large portfolio of projects • Good exposure to AI and effective management of Projects using AI tools Skills • Strong analytical skill • Good communication skill • Strong experience in Project Management • Strong skills in Microsoft Project, PlanView, Monday.com • People Management / Line Management experience Competencies • Ability to discuss project risks, issues, concerns with clients, business unit and get it resolved • Manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements • Work as individual contributor and as part of a global team What We Offer You • Extensive Health Benefits Program along with the Family Protection Plan • Best-in-class career mobility options across the globe • Award-winning learning offerings for career development • Adaptable home - office work model • Opportunity to work with global teams and clients Privacy Statement FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
