Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager (Solar) based in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating end-to-end solar project development, managing teams, ensuring on-time project delivery, and maintaining efficiency in operations. The role also entails supervising logistics, managing inspections, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The Project Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders and ensure projects align with client requirements and company goals. Qualifications • Proven expertise in Project Management and related leadership responsibilities • Skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure smooth project progression • Experience in Inspection and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards • Proficiency in Logistics Management to handle the coordination and delivery of equipment and resources • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field • Previous experience in solar energy or renewable energy projects is a plus • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate challenges effectively
