Job Title: Project Manager (Video Production) Location: On-site | Sarjapur, Bangalore Duration: Full-time internship Start Date: Immediate About House Sparrow Films (HSF) House Sparrow Films is a creative video production studio that transforms complex learning into engaging, scalable video experiences. We specialize in training videos, MOOCs, onboarding content, explainers, and corporate learning assets for businesses, universities, NGOs, and content creators. We’ve partnered with leading names in India like Rapido, ISB Hyderabad, IIM Bangalore, and 200+ global organizations. Now, we’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer & Animator Intern who can bring ideas to life through compelling animations. Role Overview This is not a traditional project management role. You will be responsible for owning and streamlining the entire video production lifecycle at HSF from planning to final delivery across multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders. Your core responsibility is simple: Ensure high-quality output, on-time delivery, and a highly efficient production system. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Ownership • Manage end-to-end execution of client and internal video projects • Break down projects into clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Ensure projects are delivered on time without compromising quality 2. Production Workflow Management • Build and optimize production workflows across pre-production, production, and post-production • Identify bottlenecks and fix inefficiencies in the system • Standardize processes for repeatable, scalable output 3. Team Coordination • Work closely with scriptwriters, designers, editors, animators, and MOG artists • Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure accountability • Maintain clarity across teams to avoid miscommunication 4. Freelancer & Vendor Management • Coordinate with freelancers (editors, animators, VO artists, etc.) • Ensure quality, timelines, and communication are maintained • Build a reliable external-talent network 5. Quality Control • Review outputs at different stages • Ensure consistency in storytelling, visuals, and learning effectiveness • Maintain HSF’s quality benchmarks across all deliverables 6. Client Coordination • Act as the bridge between client expectations and internal execution • Manage feedback cycles efficiently • Ensure smooth communication and professional experience for clients 7. Operational Efficiency • Track project timelines, costs, and resource utilisation. • Improve team productivity and output capacity • Continuously refine systems to make production faster and better • Reporting of the team and project output to your respective senior What We’re Looking For • 2–5 years of experience in project management (video production, media, creative agencies preferred) • Strong understanding of video production workflows (pre → post) • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and coordination skills • High ownership mindset — you take responsibility, not just tasks • Strong attention to detail and quality • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment Bonus (Good to Have) • Experience in e-learning / training content production • Basic understanding of animation and editing workflows • Experience managing freelancers or distributed teams • Really good with Google Sheets.
