Purpose: Support the branding and marketing initiatives for the projects in the assigned region to achieve the desired project positioning and support sales by delivering high-quality customer experience. Principal Accountabilities • Market Intelligence and Marketing Strategy - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Regularly review market research reports, participate in industry conferences, and engage in professional networking to gather insights. • Product Development & Product Marketing - Analyse the market insights collated by the Market Intelligence Team to design the project marketing plan. Discuss in detail with the sales & regional teams, and channel partners to understand various positioning options from the saleability & profitability point of view. Prepare product brief for the project by determining the most effective communication channels to promote products. Create property marketing collateral, including property descriptions, brochures, virtual tours, and floor plans, to showcase property features and appeal to potential buyers or tenants. Coordinate property launch activities, including campaign planning, event management, and promotional efforts, to generate awareness, interest, and sales leads for new properties. Establish a feedback loop with sales teams to continuously gather insights, monitor performance, and refine product marketing plans based on real-time feedback and market dynamics. • Presales Leadership - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute presales campaigns and initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and lead generation programs, to drive customer engagement and conversion. Develop and maintain sales tools and resources, such as product guides, competitive battle cards, and sales playbooks, to support presales activities and enable sales teams to effectively communicate product value and differentiation. Provide sales teams with product training and resources to ensure a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and value propositions, enabling effective customer engagement and solution selling. Finalize the Project scaled model and get the same installed at the site. Prepare a layout brief for the sales gallery for the design department using inputs from all stakeholders. Finalise signage planning, select a vendor, and get signage installed across the site as per the site branding plan. • Media Planning & Execution - Propose media planning activities for project marketing. Coordinate with the media agencies to drive timely execution of the project marketing plan. Assess the effectiveness of the same and share feedback to the Corp Comm Team on agency performance.
