Role Description This is a full-time/part-time/contract remote role for a Project & Product Manager specializing in technology and SaaS. The individual in this role will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical and product-related projects. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, expediting resources, overseeing logistics, and ensuring timeline adherence. The candidate will also collaborate with stakeholders to refine product roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs. This role is expected to manage multiple projects at the same time. Responsibilities • Own project & product lifecycle from planning to release • Manage developers, designers, and cross-functional teams • Define & track epics, user stories, tasks, and issues • Maintain product roadmap, backlog, and priorities • Track timelines, milestones, and time utilization • Ensure clear communication, documentation, and reporting • Drive agile ceremonies and delivery accountability Requirements • 3+ years in Project / Product Management (Tech projects) • Strong experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies • Hands-on with tools like Jira, OpenProject, ClickUp, or similar • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills • Ability to balance product vision with execution discipline • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with full ownership Nice to Have • Experience managing SaaS or platform-based products • Basic understanding of web & mobile development workflows
