Qualifications • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management • Strong expertise in Strategic Planning, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation • Knowledge of the construction and building materials industry, especially windows and doors • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently, monitor industry trends, and adapt strategies • Proficiency with sales and CRM tools/software • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus • Proven experience in achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
