Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Project/Programme Manager based in Hong Kong SAR, with flexibility to work from home. The Project/Programme Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating projects, ensuring timely delivery and resource management. The role involves setting project objectives, monitoring progress, addressing risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of initiatives. Drawing on technical knowledge and strategic insight, the manager will also be tasked with aligning project outcomes with business objectives. Qualifications • Project management skills, including resource planning, scheduling, and risk management • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities • Ability to communicate effectively and foster collaboration across diverse stakeholders • Proficiency with project management tools and software • Analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient project execution • Experience managing hybrid project environments; familiarity with remote work dynamics is a plus • Understanding of AI technologies and their applications is desirable • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or similar certification preferred
