About This Role As a Property Accountant at Kaps, you will oversee the financial aspects of real estate properties, ensuring accurate documentation of income and expenses. You will bridge the gap between real estate operations and financial management, working closely with property managers, owners, and vendors to maintain financial records. • Create monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements for assigned properties. • Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including tenant billing. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is typically required. • Mastery of Microsoft Excel and accounting software is highly desirable.
