We are looking for a Proposal Project Manager who can own the messaging, narrative, and content flow of client proposals. The role focuses on translating complex technical solutions into clear, structured, and compelling proposal narratives and presentations. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to understand the proposed solution and craft consistent messaging, executive summaries, and proposal storylines that clearly communicate the client problem, solution approach, and business value. Role: Proposal Project Manager Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities • Own the messaging, narrative, and overall content flow of client proposals to ensure a clear and compelling story. • Translate complex technical and solution inputs into structured proposal content that clearly communicates client problems, solution approach, and business value. • Develop and refine proposal documents, executive summaries, and client presentations with consistent messaging and logical flow. • Structure proposals to ensure clarity across sections such as problem statement, solution approach, implementation strategy, and value proposition. • Create and maintain high-quality proposal decks and written documents that are client-ready and visually structured. • Work closely with sales, solution architects, delivery leaders, and product teams to gather inputs and convert them into clear proposal narratives. • Ensure consistency in proposal messaging, terminology, and positioning across documents and presentations. • Organize and structure proposal content using standardized templates and frameworks to improve proposal quality and turnaround time. • Support responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other client proposal requests by coordinating inputs and developing cohesive content. • Continuously improve proposal templates, content libraries, and messaging frameworks to enable scalable proposal development. • Ensure proposal materials clearly articulate Techolution’s value proposition, capabilities, and differentiation. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proposals align with client requirements, solution strategy, and business objectives.
