We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Public Relations professional to lead strategic communication initiatives across Retail, Luxury, Infrastructure, Power, Renewable Energy, Real Estate, and Hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate should have strong industry or agency experience, an established media network across relevant beats, and proven expertise in building brand reputation, managing multi-stakeholder relationships, and delivering high-impact PR campaigns, including exposure to large-scale and government-led projects. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development and execution of integrated PR and communication strategies aligned with long-term business and brand objectives. • Build, strengthen, and sustain senior-level relationships with key industry stakeholders, business leaders, and top-tier national and mainstream media across relevant sectors. • Drive high-impact storytelling, thought leadership, and reputation-building initiatives to position the organization and its leadership as authoritative voices in the industry. • Provide strategic oversight of media engagements, corporate communications, major announcements, and complex crisis and issues management. • Partner closely with internal leadership, marketing, and digital teams to ensure cohesive, consistent, and high-quality messaging across all communication channels. • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing PR teams, setting clear objectives, measuring outcomes, and ensuring delivery of tangible business impact. Desired Profile: • 10+ years of experience in Public Relations. • Strong media relations and storytelling abilities with a proven record of managing brand reputation. • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. • Strategic thinker capable of handling high-visibility projects and complex stakeholder environments. • The candidate must hold a specialization in PR, social media, or a closely related field.
