This is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi for a Purchasing Manager. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for sourcing and procuring products, maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing inventory levels. They will also analyze market trends to ensure optimal pricing, streamline procurement processes, and uphold quality standards. Additionally, the Purchasing Manager will collaborate with teams to align purchasing strategies with business objectives while ensuring timely delivery of products and materials. Qualifications • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills • Proficiency in market analysis and cost management • Experience in procurement planning and inventory management • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and procurement tools • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field • Prior experience in a purchasing or procurement role is preferred.
