Python Developer – AI / LLM

About the job

Role: Python Developer – AI / LLM Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain backend applications using Python • Build and deploy REST APIs (preferably using FastAPI or similar frameworks) • Integrate and work with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as: ü OpenAI models (GPT) ü Hugging Face transformers • Design and implement AI-powered features (chatbots, summarization, RAG systems, etc.) • Work on prompt engineering and optimize LLM performance • Implement vector databases and embeddings for semantic search • Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate AI APIs • Optimize performance, scalability, and security of AI services • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong proficiency in Python (2–3 years hands-on experience) • Experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI/Django/Flask) • Practical experience working with LLMs and AI APIs • Experience with libraries like: ü Transformers ü LangChain ü Pandas, NumPy • Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other relational databases • Experience with Git and version control Good To Have • Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems • Knowledge of Docker & cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) • Experience deploying ML models to production • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines Experience: 2-3 Yrs Education: BE/B.Tech Employment Type: Full Time Location: Bangalore Why Join ALTEN India? • Opportunity to work with leading global aerospace clients. • Dynamic, innovation-driven environment with exposure to cutting-edge technologies. • Continuous learning and career growth opportunities. • Inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
