Primary Title: Quadient Inspire Developer About The Opportunity A specialist role in the Enterprise Document Automation and Customer Communications Management (CCM) sector, supporting large-scale transactional and personalised communications across print and digital channels. You will work on designing, developing and deploying Quadient Inspire solutions for clients in banking, insurance, utilities and retail—ensuring reliable, compliant, and scalable output management. Role & Responsibilities • Design, develop and maintain Quadient Inspire templates, layouts and document assets using Inspire Designer to deliver transactional and personalized communications. • Configure and manage Quadient Inspire Composer/Server jobs and production workflows for high-volume batch and interactive output. • Transform business content into structured templates using XML and XSLT; implement dynamic data-binding and conditional rendering rules. • Develop client-side and server-side scripting (JavaScript) for interactive documents, variable data logic, and automation hooks. • Integrate Inspire outputs with backend systems and databases using SQL queries, file feeds, and web services to support end-to-end delivery. • Troubleshoot production issues, optimise rendering performance, validate output fidelity (PDF/AFP), and support deployment to staging/production environments. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have • Quadient Inspire Designer • Quadient Inspire Composer/Server • XML • XSLT • JavaScript • SQL Preferred • REST/SOAP web services integration • AFP/PDF output formats and print-stream troubleshooting • Version control tools (Git) and CI/CD familiarity Qualifications & Experience • Proven experience working on Quadient Inspire (or GMC Inspire) implementations in production environments. • Strong background in document/template development, output management or CCM solutions for enterprise clients. • Ability to read and author XML/XSLT and write automation scripts; experience with relational databases and query optimization.
