About The Opportunity Operating in the Customer Communications Management (CCM) and Document Automation sector, we deliver high-volume personalized communications, bill presentment, and automated document workflows for large enterprises across banking, insurance, utilities, and telecom. This is an on-site developer role based in India focused on implementing and supporting Quadient-based CCM solutions for enterprise customers. Primary Title: Quadient Inspire Developer Role & Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain customer communication templates and workflows using Quadient Inspire Designer and Composer for batch and interactive outputs. • Implement data mappings and transformations using XML and XSLT; integrate with SQL Server and upstream data sources to ensure accurate document population. • Configure, deploy, and manage Quadient Inspire Server jobs, monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, and perform release deployments. • Optimize output layouts, conditional logic, and reusable components to improve throughput and reduce template complexity. • Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into deliverable CCM solutions and support user acceptance testing. • Produce technical documentation, runbooks, and provide on-site production support including incident resolution and performance tuning. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have • Quadient Inspire Designer • Quadient Inspire Composer • Quadient Inspire Server • XML • XSLT • SQL Server Preferred • JavaScript • HTML • REST APIs Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical discipline preferred. • Proven hands-on experience implementing and supporting Quadient Inspire/CCM solutions in enterprise environments; experience with high-volume print and digital delivery preferred. • Strong troubleshooting experience across application, data, and deployment layers and comfort working on-site with cross-functional teams.
