About the company The Binge Town is India's first and largest chain of Private theatre celebration spaces with 64 private theatres across 17 branches in 7 cities as of Dec 2025. We are looking for an experienced quality analyst for auditing calls between branch employees and the customers with regards to upselling and event planning. Responsibilities • Audit of calls • Training of employees based on Audit • Analyse sales numbers and work on areas of improvement Qualifications • At least 2 yrs of experience as QA in sales or related processes. • Graduation • Proficiency in English, Hindi is mandatory • Proficiency in either Kannada or Telugu is also mandatory.
