Objective Ensure that the quality of reports meets the benchmark standards. Roles & Responsibilities • Review and audit cases according to a predefined checklist • Call stakeholders to clarify ambiguous situations • Make decisions on required actions based on report quality • Escalate matters when necessary Requirements • Strong attention to detail • Diligent and ethical work approach • Excellent communication and convincing skills • Good typing speed Work Details • Location: Sector 44, Gurgaon • Working Days: 5 days onsite • Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Fixed) • Additional: Some Saturdays may be worked in a month, compensated with extra overtime pay
