The responsibilities also include troubleshooting production issues, maintaining equipment efficiency, and delivering high-quality products within deadlines. Qualifications • Strong skills in production planning, process optimization, and workflow management • Proficiency in quality assurance, adherence to industry standards, and troubleshooting production issues • Experience supervising teams, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment • Ability to analyze data, develop reports, and implement process improvements • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills • Knowledge of manufacturing equipment maintenance and safety regulations • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field • Previous experience in a production management or quality assurance role is preferred.
