Job Description: • Ensure effective implementation of RCU processes and strategies across locations. • Coordinating with the agencies in tracking the MIS and reporting of cases in time. • Coordinating with the samplers and training to them in improving the sampling trigger. • Closely monitor the verification of loan documents, pre and post disbursement, and sample verification. • Closely monitoring the cost of the vendors month on month basis. • Conduct field visits as per requirement. • Agency management and reporting in TAT. • Responsible for providing Fraud risk training to subordinates. • Responsible for effective execution of mystery shopping and seeding activities as per internal guidelines.
