Role Overview: As an R&D AI/ML Product Engineer at Sanofi, you will be part of the R&D Data & AI Products and Platforms Team, contributing to the digital transformation program by accelerating data transformation and adopting AI and ML solutions to enhance R&D, manufacturing, and commercial performance. Your role will involve designing and developing endpoints or databases for AI/ML models and collaborating with various teams to deliver Data & AI Products. Key Responsibilities: - Provide input on the engineering feasibility of developing specific R&D AI Products - Collaborate with AI/ML model development teams to engineer AI/ML products based on defined requirements - Develop intuitive user interfaces for users to interact with AI/ML models - Design, develop, and deploy APIs, data feeds, or specific features required by product design - Optimize workflows to ensure high performance and reliability of implemented AI products - Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration within the product team Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in software engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience - 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML product engineering, software engineering, or related field - Deep understanding and proven track record of developing data pipelines and workflows - Understanding of R&D business and data environment preferred - Proficiency with data analytics and statistical software (SQL, Python, Java, Excel, AWS, Snowflake, Informatica) - Experience with the design and development of APIs/Endpoints (Flask, Django, FastAPI) - Expertise in cloud platforms and software involved in the deployment and scaling of AI/ML models Additional Company Details: Sanofi is an innovative global healthcare company dedicated to improving people's lives through the miracles of science.
