R&D and NPD Manager – Product Development

Role Overview: - We are looking for a R&D and NPD Manager – Product Development who will play a key role in product research, analysis, and development. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing new technologies, evaluating product features, and supporting the R&D team in building innovative hardware products. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct product research and technology analysis for new hardware features - Study competitor products and identify improvement opportunities - Support the R&D team in developing new product concepts and features - Analyse product performance and suggest improvements - Work closely with hardware and product teams - Prepare product documentation, research reports, and feature analysis - Identify new technologies, components, and innovation opportunities - Support product development from concept to launch Required Skills and Qualifications: - 2-4 years of experience in R&D, product development, or product analysis, and product lifecycle - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Understanding of hardware/electronic products/automobile - Ability to research and evaluate new technologies - Experience in product documentation and research reporting - Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills Preferred Skills: - Experience in automotive electronics or wearable devices - Exposure to the product lifecycle, development, and new product or hardware products - Experience working in a startup or product-based company What do we offer? - Opportunity to work on innovative smart helmet technology - Direct involvement in product innovation and development - Fast-growing startup environment - High ownership and strong learning opportunities
