React JS / Next JS Developer

Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and skilled React JS / Next JS Developer to build modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in frontend development and a strong understanding of scalable web architecture, especially in fintech or product-based environments. You will collaborate closely with backend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver secure and user-friendly fintech solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain web applications using React JS / Next JS • Build reusable, scalable, and efficient UI components • Implement responsive designs using HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks • Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance • Work closely with backend teams to integrate REST APIs • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices Required Skills & Qualifications • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in React JS or Next JS • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 • Understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, and state management • Experience working with REST APIs • Basic understanding of Git version control • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good to Have • Experience in fintech or product-based companies • Knowledge of Redux / Context API • Familiarity with performance optimization techniques • Basic understanding of CI/CD processes Why Join Us? • Opportunity to work on scalable fintech products • Collaborative and growth-focused work environment • Hybrid work flexibility • Learning & development opportunities
