Key Responsibilities : • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React and Micro Frontend architecture. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience. • Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs and ensure quality assurance through rigorous testing. • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in React and Micro Frontend development. Minimum Qualifications : • Bachelor of Technology / Bachelor of Engineering. • Proven experience of 5-9 years in React and Micro Frontend development. • Strong understanding of web development fundamentals and modern JavaScript frameworks. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications : • Experience in developing complex front-end applications using React. • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. • A track record of successfully delivering projects in an agile environment. • Familiarity with tools and libraries related to Micro Frontend architecture. • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly. Good to have skills : Redux, TypeScript, Webpack, Jest, RESTful APIs.
