Brownie:  You’ve built or contributed to apps with >100K+ installs.  You’re curious about growth, retention, and user behavior as much as clean code. Requirements:  Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related field, with strong foundations in Data Structures and Object-Oriented Programming.  Alma Mater: Graduates from Tier-1 or Tier-2 engineering institutes (such as IIT, NIT, BITS, IIIT, VIT, etc.) are preferred.  Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in React Native, with at least one published app on the Play Store or App Store.  Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux/Context API, and familiarity with native bridges is an added advantage.  Domain Exposure: Prior experience working on gaming, fintech, or high-user-engagement consumer applications is a plus.
