About the Role We are hiring a skilled React & React Native Developer with 3–6 years of experience for a Frontend + Mobile Development role. You will be responsible for building scalable and high-performance web and mobile applications, working across React.js for web and React Native for mobile. The role requires close collaboration with UI / UX, backend, and product teams. Key Responsibilities ... • Develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native • Build scalable and performant web applications using React.js • Integrate REST / GraphQL APIs for both web and mobile platforms • Optimize UI performance, responsiveness, and overall application speed • Collaborate closely with UI / UX designers, backend developers, and product managers • Conduct code reviews and maintain coding best practices • Work with Android / iOS technologies as needed • Participate in architectural discussions and sprint planning Must-Have Skills • Proficiency in React Native for mobile app development • Strong experience with React.js, Hooks, and component-based architecture • Hands-on experience with JavaScript / TypeScript (ES6+) • Experience working with either iOS or Android • Familiarity with state management libraries: Redux, MobX, Recoil • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills • Good understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and modern frontend tooling Good-to-Have Skills • Experience with Expo • Familiarity with Next.js or Node.js • Exposure to CI / CD pipelines for mobile and web • Experience with testing frameworks: Jest, Cypress, Detox • Knowledge of App Store / Play Store deployment processes
