Smartshore Goa is hiring a React.js Developer (Onsite | Panaji, Goa) 5+ YoE preferred | Senior ideal, open to strong mid-level Build modern products for international clients in a team that values collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning. What you’ll do • Build and ship solutions for international clients • Debug, optimise, and improve performance across the front-end and integrations • Contribute to technical decisions, refactoring, and clear design documentation • Work with solid engineering practices: clean PRs, reviews, and documentation Must-haves • Strong hands-on experience with React.js/ Next.js + JavaScript/TypeScript • Experience integrating with APIs/services in real-world projects • Strong skills in debugging and performance optimisation • Security-aware: understands common attack vectors and how to build securely • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills • Experience with (and comfortable) mentoring junior developers • Comfortable working in Scrum/Agile teams • Expertise with versioning tools like Github/ Bitbucket Nice-to-haves • Vue / Node.js experience • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows (optional) • Testing/quality practices (testing strategy, observability) • Experience leading knowledge sharing (sessions, presentations) • Using AI tools to boost productivity and efficiency Why Smartshore • Innovative products + international clients • Strong team culture: learn, mentor, grow • No micromanagement—ownership and trust • Friday #ChillVibes 🎶🎮 • Office life & culture: https://www.instagram.com/smartshore_ability/
