Role Description The CRM Executive will manage post-lead and post-sales customer relationships, ensuring seamless communication, documentation, and lifecycle management from booking to possession. The role focuses on improving customer experience, retention, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead & Customer Lifecycle Management • Manage CRM database of leads, prospects, and booked customers • Ensure timely lead allocation, tracking, and follow-ups • Maintain accurate records of interactions, preferences, and status updates • Coordinate with sales teams for conversions and closures 2. Post-Sales Customer Management • Act as primary SPOC for booked customers • Handle booking confirmations, documentation, and onboarding • Share payment schedules, reminders, and demand letters • Track collections and coordinate with accounts team 3. Documentation & Compliance • Maintain complete customer files (EOI, booking forms, KYC, agreements) • Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance • Coordinate with legal team for agreement execution and registration • Maintain digital and physical document archives 4. Broker & Channel Partner Coordination • Support brokers with documentation and deal closures • Track EOI submissions and payment proofs • Maintain broker communication records • Assist in payout documentation and reconciliations 5. Customer Experience & Communication • Handle customer queries and escalations • Manage email, call, and WhatsApp communication • Send regular project updates and construction progress reports • Ensure high NPS and customer satisfaction 6. Internal Coordination • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Projects teams • Track unit inventory status and booking updates • Support site visit scheduling and follow-ups • Maintain real-time dashboards and reports 7. Reporting & Analytics • Generate daily/weekly CRM reports • Track lead conversion, collection efficiency, and aging • Maintain pipeline and sales MIS • Provide insights for improving funnel efficiency Required Skills Functional Skills • Strong understanding of real estate sales lifecycle • Experience with CRM tools (Sell.do, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) • Documentation and compliance knowledge • Collection tracking and reporting skills Soft Skills • Strong communication and relationship management • Detail-oriented and process-driven • Ability to handle escalations professionally • High ownership and accountability Experience & Qualifications • 2–6 years experience in real estate CRM or post-sales • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field • Developer-side experience preferred • Experience with high-ticket residential projects is a plus
