Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Real Estate Presale Manager/Assistant Manager/Executive. Responsibilities include managing presales processes, engaging with potential clients, facilitating property-related discussions, and assisting in lease administration and property management. The role also involves understanding and promoting real estate investments, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders, and coordinating with teams to meet client needs and achieve sales goals. Qualifications • Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration • Understanding of Leases and Real Estate practices • Experience with Commercial Real Estate operations • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred • Prior experience in a sales or presales role is an advantage
