Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Salesperson, located in Bengaluru with some work from home flexibility. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for managing property listings, engaging with potential buyers, and closing sales. Daily tasks include conducting property showings, negotiating deals, maintaining updated knowledge of real estate trends, and ensuring excellent customer service to all clients. Qualifications • Possession of a Real Estate License and understanding of Real Property regulations • Experience in Real Estate and Sales • Strong Customer Service skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Bengaluru is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
