The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for handling real estate transactions, providing excellent customer service, managing real property listings, and fostering positive client relationships. The role also involves supporting real estate development projects, liaising with clients, and achieving sales targets by providing tailored property solutions based on client needs. Roles and Responsibility: • Experience - Min 6 Months - 4 yrs • Joining: Immediately (Work from office) • Location: – Balewadi (Pune) Qualifications: • Experience and knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property management • Education Qualification: Any Grad/Post Grad (MBA/PGDM/BBA/BTech, BCom, BCA, BSC) • Strong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate and build lasting client relationships • Expertise in Real Estate Development and Sales, with the ability to achieve sales targets • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and fast-paced work environment • Proficiency in local real estate market trends; familiarity with the Pune market is highly advantageous • Possession of relevant educational background in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
