About the job

We are looking for a Recruitment Associate / Sales Associate with experience in staffing and email marketing to join our remote night-shift team. Responsibilities: • Recruit for mid to senior roles. • Handle mid to high volume hiring. • Work on Manufacturing, Engineering & Skilled Trades roles. • Support sales and client communication. • Manage email marketing & drip campaigns. • Follow Canadian anti-spam regulations. Requirements: • 2–5+ years experience in Recruitment / Staffing or Email Marketing. • Experience in Manufacturing / Technical hiring preferred. • Strong English communication & writing skills. • Comfortable with night shift. • Organized and detail-oriented.
