Roles and Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization. • Source candidates through job portals, social media, mass mailing, and other channels to meet hiring requirements. • Conduct screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, scheduling, and salary negotiations with selected candidates. • Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and KRAs (Key Result Areas) to track recruitment performance. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences throughout the recruitment process. • Monitoring TAT Line's
