Role & responsibilities • Hands-on of Bulk Hiring, Mass Hiring, Mass hiring. • Taking interviews, hiring through references, should be having own connections to hiring candidates. • Should have knowledge to handle BPO Projects. Worked on BOP, IT, Non-IT profiles • Experience of Joining Formalities, Induction process. • Effectively handling the entire documentation procedure and maintain the files. • Should have good experience in Employee Engagement activates. • Manage new hire onboarding in HRMS, understanding the HR functionalities. • Coordinate with cross-functional departments and ensure new hires are on-boarded successfully. Preferred candidate profile • Need good communication skill, leading personality. • Excellent in hiring
