Role Overview We are looking for ... a Reddit Marketing Executive who will take complete ownership of our presence on Reddit. This role is focused on building trust, engaging meaningfully with users, and growing a strong, value-driven community. This is not traditional social media marketing. It requires a deep understanding of Reddit culture and a long-term approach to credibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities • Monitor relevant subreddits on a daily basis • Engage in discussions related to renting, buying, relocation, home services, and legal queries • Provide helpful, contextual, and non-promotional responses • Build and grow the r/NoBroker community with a value-first approach • Represent NoBroker as a credible and trusted voice • Identify and escalate negative mentions or misinformation • Track performance metrics including engagement, sentiment, and community growth • Collaborate with content and PR teams to amplify relevant discussions • Stay updated with Reddit trends, algorithm changes, and community guidelines Required Skills • 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing • Hands-on experience managing or growing Reddit communities • Strong understanding of Reddit culture and engagement behavior • Excellent written communication skills with a clear and human tone • Ability to respond naturally without sounding promotional • High ownership mindset and ability to work independently Preferred Skills • Experience managing branded communities or subreddits • Familiarity with AI tools for research and content support • Understanding of how Reddit influences AI-generated answers and LLMs • Exposure to real estate, home services, or consumer internet domains What You Will Own • End-to-end Reddit presence for NoBroker • Growth and engagement of the r/NoBroker community • Sentiment, trust, and brand perception on Reddit • Long-term community-led growth strategy Why Join Us • Opportunity to build and scale a Reddit-first growth channel • Direct impact on brand visibility across AI platforms • High ownership role with exposure to leadership • Work at the intersection of community, content, and AI ApplyShare your resume at: madhusudan.b@nobroker.in
