Regional Business Head – Job Posting We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Business Head to drive market expansion, strategic sales, and business development in the financial services/fintech sector. The role requires strong experience in high-value client acquisition, partnership development, and revenue generation through lending and wealth solutions. Key Responsibilities • Manage overall P&L for the region, including revenue growth and profitability. • Lead the end-to-end client acquisition cycle from lead generation to deal closure. • Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and strategic partners. • Develop and expand regional revenue pipelines through cross-selling financial solutions. • Build and lead a high-performance regional team and strengthen partner networks. • Coordinate with internal teams, lenders, and investors for transaction execution and documentation. Requirements • 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, banking, NBFCs, wealth management, or financial services. • Strong business development, partnership, and leadership skills. • MBA/CA/CFA/PGDM or equivalent qualification preferred.
