- Location : Kolkata - Budget : Upto 18 LPA - Experience: 7+years in the retail industry - Industry : Gems & Jewellery The Regional Business Head will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation for the assigned region. The role involves strategic planning, partner management, and market expansion, along with building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring business objectives are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Strategy - Drive overall sales targets and revenue growth for the region - Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with company goals - Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities Account & Partner Management - Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners and key accounts - Identify and onboard new partners/channels to expand market presence - Ensure high levels of partner engagement and customer satisfaction Market Development & Execution - Plan and execute BTL and promotional activities to drive brand visibility - Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance and gather insights - Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution Leadership & Team Management - Lead and manage direct and indirect teams within the region - Drive performance, accountability, and team development Candidate Profile - Minimum 7+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development - Preferably from the Diamond, Jewellery, or Luxury industry - Strong track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth - Experience in team handling and stakeholder management - Good understanding of retail industry trends and competition - Willingness to travel 50%+ as per business requirements - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ownership approach Qualifications Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field Compensation & Benefits - Competitive fixed salary - Attractive performance-linked incentives - Health insurance coverage - Opportunity to work with a high-growth, dynamic team - Exposure to a fast-scaling and global growth journey - Willingness to travel 15–20 days per month across the region.
