We are looking for a Regional Financial Controller for a premium hotel chain. Job Profile: Leadership role for the Finance Vertical of Resorts Business for a region in India, controlling around 7-9 resorts in the region. Responsibilities include Business Partnering with the Resort Operations team at Resorts & Region and includes heading the controlling, accounting, receivables, payables, and MIS consolidation function for the resorts in the region. Support the Statutory and Internal Audit teams at the resorts and the region relating to the Resorts Business. Financial Performance of the resorts as budgeted would be the key deliverable in the role and would include Capex Planning and Execution, and expansion of resort and room capacities. Role includes overall liaison building with the owners of leased properties and owners of managed contract properties with periodic reconciliations and settlements. Works closely with the Resorts' operations team and corporate finance team. People Development involving the team members at resorts. Requirement: Post Graduate in Finance 10 – 12 years of experience at a regional level Financial and Management Accounting experience Must have… Analytical Skills – MIS, Consolidation, Reports. Working knowledge of GST Working on ERP based environment Budgeting, Forecasting, Analysing using various Models & KPI's Audits Internal and Statutory Conducting periodic reviews with presentations.
