About the job

Key Responsibilities Sales Growth & Distribution • Lead and scale sales operations across UP, with future expansion linked to performance • Drive growth across MSME, Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, and unsecured lending products • Build and manage distribution via branches, channel partners, and BC-led models • Own regional sales targets, productivity, and performance metrics Off-Book & BC-Led Business • Drive and scale Off-Book lending models in partnership with NBFCs/banks • Strengthen BC-led sourcing channels with strict regulatory compliance • Coordinate with partners on product, credit, and operational execution Risk, Compliance & Portfolio Quality • Ensure adherence to regulatory, risk, and internal compliance frameworks • Partner with Credit, Risk, and Collections teams to maintain portfolio quality • Balance growth objectives with asset quality and long-term sustainability Leadership & Execution • Lead and develop large, distributed sales teams • Build a high-performance, compliance-driven sales culture • Provide MIS, forecasts, and strategic insights to leadership • Operate with a hands-on, execution-first approach in a fast-paced fintech setup Candidate Profile • 12–18 years of senior sales leadership experience in Fintech / NBFC / BFSI • Strong exposure to MSME, Retail, Subprime, and Unsecured Lending • Proven experience in Off-Book and BC-led business models • Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements • Based in Lucknow with readiness for extensive travel Growth Opportunity • Opportunity to expand responsibility beyond UP and manage additional states based on performance With Gratitude.
