Role Overview: Role Name: Regional KAM-Modern Trade Reporting to: Head Modern Trade Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts. • Negotiate and secure annual contracts, promotional plans, and shelf space agreements. • Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and effective promotional execution. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the modern trade sector implement plans to increase market share and penetration. • Coordinate with regional sales teams to ensure consistent execution of national strategies. • Develop and manage the budget for modern trade accounts to ensure optimal ROI. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement and feedback. • Implement customer-centric initiatives to strengthen long-term partnerships. Key Qualifications: • Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
