Position: Regional Logistics Head Level: Sr. Manager Location: Pune (Wester Region) Job Description: • Lead and manage overall Logistics operations across multiple cities, WH & stores within the region for B2B and C2B verticals. • Ensuring seamless collections for B2B and C2B operations. • Timely dispatch of Raw Material to the Recycling Facility. • Inventory accuracy at all hubs/stores. • Load and Cost optimization. • Process efficiency and service quality delivery. • Track KPIs such as First attempt collection, Inventory holding, Cost per Shipment, and other Productivity metrics. • Monitoring and auditing daily, weekly & monthly performance reports to ensure smooth execution of operations. • Coordinate with Central Operations, Transportation, Planning, HR, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and timely issue resolution. • Increase 3PL vendor base and monitor contractual compliance. • Management, Planning, Budgeting of Manpower & Infrastructure within the region for existing operation and future expansion. • Develop new territories in the region. • Oversee the hiring & training of new team members and support their development. • Responsible for all the SLA’s & TAT adherence including Value Added Services and customised solutions. • Assist the leadership team in developing communications protocols, processes, workflows & improvise same and implement, in coordination with other ground team members. Requirements • Education: MBA • Budget: 18 to 20 LPA • 8 to 15 years in B2B and B2C environment • Prior experience in a logistics company with exposure in managing its regional operations. • Should be creative in solving complex business challenges. • Excellent communication skills – verbal & written • Ability to perform in high pace work environment. • Willing to travel across the region • Exceptional planning skills and Data based decision making.
