We’re Hiring | Regional Operations Head – Gujarat Industry: Project Management Consultancy (PMC) / Construction Experience: 20 – 25 Years Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (Master’s preferred) We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Operations Head to lead large-scale PMC operations across Gujarat. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage multiple high-value construction and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Leadership • Lead regional operations aligned with organizational strategic goals • Develop and execute operational plans for timely and cost-effective project delivery • Drive continuous improvement in project execution, quality, and safety standards Project Oversight • Supervise multiple project teams across the region • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget • Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions when required • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and client requirements Client & Stakeholder Management • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities • Resolve escalated issues and maintain high client satisfaction Team Leadership & Development • Lead and mentor Project Directors, Project Managers, and engineering teams • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation • Identify training needs and support team development Financial & Commercial Management • Manage regional budgets and financial forecasts • Ensure project profitability through cost control and resource optimization • Support business development and pre-sales activities, including bid reviews and client presentations Preferred Candidate Profile • 20–25 years of experience in construction / infrastructure / PMC industry • Proven leadership experience managing large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects • Strong expertise in operations management, client handling, and project delivery • Experience managing multi-location projects and large teams
