Regional Sales Associate (On-Field) Role Summary We are looking for motivated Regional Sales Associates for an on-field role to engage with potential clients, present our product, build strong local relationships, and support customer conversions. This role involves regular travel within assigned regions. Travel allowance and performance-based incentives will be provided. Key Requirements • Comfortable working in an on-field sales environment with frequent travel • Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with business owners and clients • Basic understanding of sales and business operations • Fluency in the local language with working knowledge of English • Willingness to work with targets and performance-based incentives Key Responsibilities • Visit potential clients at their business locations • Explain and present the product clearly and professionally • Gather market insights and customer feedback • Support and assist in closing sales and conversions. Compensation & Benefits • Monthly Salary : ₹15,000 • Performance-Based Incentives will be awarded and earn up to 1.5 lakhs per month as incentive • Travel Allowance for on-field visits.
