Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in the Mohali district. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations within the North India, develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, and build strong relationships with clients and distributors. Responsibilities include managing and training the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and providing market feedback to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Sales strategy development, target achievement, and client acquisition • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills • Team leadership, training, and staff development • Market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software • Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus • Experience in the plumbing, construction, or related industries is advantageous
